Squash and Sausage Penne

1 pkg Hot Italian Turkey Sausage
12 oz high fiber penne
14 oz cubed squash (found @ Meijer)
1/2 large onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup pasta water
2 TBS shredded Parmesean cheese
1 TBS sage
Mrs. Dash, Salt and pepper to taste

Remove sausage from casing. Cook with onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash. Add cheese.

Cook squash in boiling water until fork tender. Remove with slotted spoon.

Add pasta to squash water. Cook until al dente.  Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain.

Put squash, sage, Mrs. Dash, reserved pasta water in blender. Watch out it is hot! Hold lid on.

Combine all in skillet. Yumola!
