Almost Ready

These still need to rise a bit more - but I'm getting there! Chicken - 24 breasts, pork - 2 large tenderloins - all cooked and shredded and stored in containers. Ready for Mom and Dad's freezer.

Mary has so much to do - and we so appreciate all she is doing - that I thought I could make some food for the freezer so dinner could be easier.

Pat is at Habitat this week so when he gets back we'll take it to them.
