Salmon and Potato Frittata

Oh yum. We had leftover salmon from dinner last night so I made a Frittata for breakfast.

First I diced onions and potatoes and sauted them in butter. Added salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, Mrs. Dash.  When those were done I added four eggs with dill and salt.

After almost set I topped it with the salmon and shredded cheese and put it under the broiler.

It was delicious.
