Little Neck Clams


Little Neck Clams

Soak Clams 20 min  in very cold water
Remove Clams and discard water
Soak Clams 10 minutes in warm water
Remove Clams and discard water
Soak in very cold water with some ice 5 minutes

1 stick butter
2 Tbs garlic
1/4 cup crisp dry white wine

Grill until open

As soon as they open slather with butter

Boil butter into clam 30 seconds then remove
