Sheala was quoting one of her favorite books I used to read over and over and over. The dog caught the rabbits and wanted to make rabbit stew. He would leave them alone, but before leaving would tell them to stay in the pot. Every time they said the same thing, "Yes oh yes, we'll try our best!" Then they would escape!
